The showbiz IT factor… We’ve all heard the phrase, “You either got it or you don’t!”  But what exactly is ‘IT?’

Also known as The IT Factor, this usually refers to that undefinable personality trait that makes a person attractive in some way.  That thing you just can’t put your finger on.  Ever find yourself saying with a smirk, “I just don’t know what it is about that person…”  That’s the IT factor.
