Does Your Child Actor Have The ‘IT’ Factor?

it-factorThe showbiz IT factor… We’ve all heard the phrase, “You either got it or you don’t!”  But what exactly is ‘IT?’

Also known as The IT Factor, this usually refers to that undefinable personality trait that makes a person attractive in some way.  That thing you just can’t put your finger on.  Ever find yourself saying with a smirk, “I just don’t know what it is about that person…”  That’s the IT factor.

How does it feel to be around someone like that?  You’re almost drawn to them, magnetically so to speak.  At a party or event, the person who has IT will usually be the one with people surrounding them.  This is not to say people of this nature are selfish or self-absorbed.  Quite the opposite is true.
